New TV Commercials

by Ryan Shell on February 19, 2010

Here’s the latest round of TV commercials for the credit union I work for. It’s a fun/upbeat financial institution and we wanted to showcase that in the ads, and also stand out from crowd in terms of content and creativity.

The format of the spots typically prompt viewers to read along, and I think that will help create a very memorable experience – especially after they’re viewed multiple times.

I had a very limited budget to work with, but think we can up with something a bit outside the box in terms of commercials for a financial institution. Feel free to view the two spots by clicking below.

Thanks for watching.

One of the folks I follow on Twitter is @Jenny2229. She’s a fellow marketer that tends to tweet about topics related to the field.

Earlier today she sent a tweet about advertising  that I thought was not only funny, but also a good explanation of why advertising is important.

“Doing business without advertising is like winking at a girl in the dark. You know what you are doing, but nobody else does.”

What a great line!
